How to Sprout Lentil Seeds

Sprouting lentil seeds is simple and rewarding! Rinse 1-2 tablespoons of seeds and soak them in water overnight. The next day, drain and rinse them, then place them in a jar with a breathable cover (like cheesecloth) secured with a rubber band. Rinse and drain twice daily, keeping them in a dark spot. In 3-4 days, your lentils will sprout and be ready to enjoy—fresh, nutritious, and perfect for salads, sandwiches, or snacking!
